Number

1990 - 2001
09.10.01 Dave wasn't happy and to tell the truth, neither was I. Dave has found peace with a gent named Royston Lloyd and have been playing around with the name The Shivers. They've been doing fairly well on the mp3.com local charts. Ryan and Chessa have gone on to perform at local coffee houses as an accoustic duo, using the name Number Two and playing some Number Six songs. They plan on getting a new name with a few originals of their own. They do a fucking awesome PJ Harvey cover that gives me goose-bumps. Jarrod has submerged himself in recording shows via his mini-disc player and burning CDs left and right. He and I appeared at the SubGenius X-Day festival and backed up someof the speakers with "mood music" and stuck around for the free form Wotan Jam. Me? I dunno - I keep promising to do something, but that hasn't happened yet. I've pried open Fruity Loops and have been working towards setting up the home studio to put together some tracks for another project. We'll see what happens. In other news, I've resurrected the Number Six mp3.com page and have begun posting mp3s from our final EP "I Want Your Brain". If people actually download the songs and like them - we'll see what that brings. Apparently the page has earned $ .05 somehow. There ya go. Want to see the old site as it was left back in May? Go for it. -Mike |
